Contingent on our current backlog, a project can typically start 4-6 weeks thereafter a down payment is collected, and materials are received. Once all the components of your Utopian Villa are built, it is ready to ship. After shipping, our crew will ensure the remainder is accounted for on setting day! This is the day you've been waiting for; your home is now complete!

Standard shipping on all UV travel trailers is about $5 per mile and all park models is $15.
